Residents of Talsi are truly grateful for the opportunity provided by Ronald McDonald House Charities Latvia children’s Care Mobile to receive high-quality specialist services right in their own town, without the need to travel elsewhere. Parents most often highlight the friendly atmosphere, the caring medical staff, and the professional work.

Families emphasize that doctors carefully listen, examine children, give advice, and share valuable recommendations. The contribution of neurologists and allergists is especially appreciated, as these consultations have been in the highest demand in Talsi. Parents say the consultations help them understand whether further visits to specialists are necessary, while also providing confidence and answers to important questions.

Since 2018, we have been providing free medical services to young patients in Talsi. By July 2025, a total of 737 consultations have been delivered. We also collaborate with Talsi Christian School and kindergarten. For two consecutive years, the Ronald McDonald House Charities Latvia children’s Care Mobile has partnered with Talsi youth Ivo Štrauss and Sindija Birziņa, and feedback confirms – this support is deeply meaningful and highly valued by local families.
