The first half of 2025 has been super busy, focused, and full of important events for the RMHC Latvija Care Mobile team. During this time, we have:
- Made 57 visits to 41 different locations in Latvia
- Provided 2,771 free medical consultations
- Helped 2,232 children closer to their homes
These figures reflect the essence of our mission — to provide children with access to healthcare, regardless of where they live.
To continue our work, we are especially grateful to all our supporters and partners who have participated in various fundraising and marketing activities:
- March 1 – In collaboration with Porsche Club Latvia, a charity poker tournament was held, raising EUR 6,110.
- March 6 – RMHC Latvija Executive Director Guna Caune addressed participants at the annual meeting of the Farmers’ Parliament, introducing the organization’s activities and opportunities for involvement.
- April 9 – Presentation at the McDonald’s Calibration Day event for suppliers, with the aim of expanding the circle of cooperation and attracting new donors.
- May 1–June 4 – donation campaign in cooperation with Rimi Latvia, during which store customers donated EUR 13,500.
- May 8–June 8 – McHappy Day campaign at McDonald’s restaurants, during which EUR 5 538,60 was donated to RMHC Latvija for the purchase of a new Care Mobile.
- June 1 – McHappy Day Family Day event in Jelgava, which brought together families to participate in creative activities, a run and a children’s drawing competition. The best works will decorate the new Care Mobile interior.
- July 6 – We participated in the U.S. Independence Day Charity Event organized by AmCham Latvia, during which EUR 1,225 was donated to the Care Mobile operations.
