Ko saka māsiņa Nadežda par piesardzību ziemā?

Īpaša uzmanība jāpievērš apaviem! Vislabāk ir iegādāties tāda izmēra apavus, kuros vēl paliek vieta siltai zeķei, zābaciņi nedrīkst būt apspīlēti. Saspiestas pēdas nozīmē pasliktinātu asinsriti, kas noved pie pastiprinātas salšanas. Kā rezultāts ir slimība.

Dr. Karklins, Allergist, gives advice on how to keep your children healthy during the winter

1) As much as possible, be active and take part in outdoor winter activities.

2) Remember that children need to be dressed for warmth, but they must not be so overdressed  that they start to sweat!

3) Scarves should not be tied in front of your child’s mouth, because the scarf becomes covered with condensation, and breathing through a damp scarf will cause your child to breathe cold, damp air.

To all the lovely joys of winter!
